Cannot get to the clinic, or want to discuss your symptoms from home? Telehealth physiotherapy uses a video appointment to talk through your concerns and assess suitable movements remotely.
It cannot replace every hands-on examination or urgent medical assessment. Your physiotherapist may recommend an in-person visit or another service if video is not appropriate.
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth, also known as virtual physiotherapy. It is a modern approach that allows you to receive personalised treatment and guidance remotely.

The Advantages of Enhanced Physio Telehealth:
Use a phone, tablet or computer with a camera and a reliable connection. Choose a private space with enough room to move safely, and follow the appointment instructions from the clinic.
Have relevant reports and your questions ready. Tell the clinician about any movement you cannot safely demonstrate. You can discuss another appointment format if video is not suitable.
What to Expect During a Telehealth Session:
- Discuss your symptoms, history and what you want to be able to do.
- Demonstrate movements only when appropriate and safe.
- Talk through the findings, limitations of the remote assessment and possible next steps.
- Ask about exercise guidance, follow-up costs and when in-person care is needed.
Getting Started with Enhanced Physio Telehealth:
Choose an initial telehealth physiotherapy assessment in the booking calendar. Your initial physiotherapy assessment is free, in person or by telehealth. Later treatment and other services may have different fees. Ask about the next step and its cost before agreeing to treatment.
